Submit the authenticated request
Open the GeoRank Pilot mobile app and sign in with the account you want to delete. Open Settings, choose Delete account, review the warning, and confirm. The app sends the request through your authenticated session and shows subscription-management instructions when they are required.

What the deletion workflow does
The service first places the account in deletion pending, blocks ordinary access, and begins the provider and data cleanup workflow. It cancels eligible web billing sessions and subscriptions, revokes connected-site and analytics credentials, removes sessions and devices, and deletes or anonymizes account-owned catalog, content, publication, proof, and job data.
A deletion request is not reported as complete until required cleanup succeeds. If an external provider cannot be canceled or cleanup is interrupted, the account remains deletion pending so the authenticated request can be retried safely instead of claiming that deletion already finished.
Cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions
Deleting the GeoRank Pilot account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. After the deletion request is accepted, the app opens the relevant store subscription-management page when a native subscription is present. Cancel it in the store to stop future store billing.
Retention after deletion
Connector credentials and active sessions are revoked immediately. Account-owned operational content is deleted within 30 days, and rolling backups expire within 14 days. Billing, webhook-deduplication, security, and administrator records may be retained for their documented legal, financial, fraud-prevention, or security periods after account identity is pseudonymized.
If you cannot use the app
Email [email protected] from the address used for the account and explain that you need account-deletion assistance. A support email starts an ownership-verification and assistance process; it is not presented as proof that deletion has already completed.
