Information we collect

GeoRank Pilot collects the account details you use to sign in, the Shopify or WordPress sites you connect, product and content data needed to provide the service, billing status, and the settings you submit.

Google user data

With your explicit permission, GeoRank Pilot requests read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics. We use this data only to measure search visibility, traffic, and the results of content published for your connected site. We do not request permission to edit your Google properties.

Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except service providers needed to operate GeoRank Pilot or when required by law. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

We use collected information to authenticate users, import store catalogs, generate and publish approved content, calculate SEO and GEO proof metrics, process subscriptions, secure the service, and provide support.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and connected-service data while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, and billing obligations. You may revoke Google access in your Google Account at any time. To request deletion of your GeoRank Pilot account and stored data, contact us at the address below.
